I am holding a fastag of axis bank, if i need to switch to another fastag provider, if i feel the present fastag services are not up to the satisfaction levels.

How the change over to the next agency can be done.

The securuty deposit collected by the agency will be returned in how many working days.

Does the portability shifting option exists in fastag.

Please send the procedure for changing the fastag agency

Portability option should be present in Fastag also, because the customer service or satisfaction levels, grievance resolution are not great or worth mentioning.

If the portability option exists there will be some sense of dedication to the service they render.

NHAI should come out with a FASTAG agency portability sooner to get better services from these agencies

I'm using Axis Bank FASTAG & getting SMS after 2days o[censored]sage.. when I approached company it records my issue and responds the issue is resolved however there is no change.. portability of FASTAG is very important & made easy.
The deposit amount & extra balance amount is used by company to withhold client.. the car dealers of new vehicle seems to have hand in glove.. it's high time NHAI comes out with policy
