On 18/07/2021 at around 8 pm travelling towards Delhi from Saharanpur on NH 334 toll plaza at Sivaya, i was charged toll of Rs 95 despite huge traffic jam of more than 700 meters which took around 30 minutes to reach toll gate. Whereas rules clearly say that no toll would be charged in case of time exceeding 5 minutes or queue more than 100 meter long. I want the amount to be refunded back to my paytm wallet . My mobile number [protected] & Car no. DL4CAZ5257.

I, Aparna Dabak tried to purchase online Monthly Pass for my vehicle no. MH04 HM 6308 on 1st August 2021. The Customer Receipt showed Rs 0.00. The Monthly pass was also not generated but amount of Rs. 1248.26 was debited from my Bank Account. Its already 10 days past and the amount is still not getting reflected back in my account . Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My vehicle Maurti Alto toll rate 75 rupess but unfortunately my toll deduction 140 rupes it means double rate so clear picture bantoll plaza totaly cheating all person passing toll.

My vehicle bulero MP20CA2816, the vehicle was at home but the toll was deducted from my account at Daroada of 90 rupees . I'm attesting the screenshot of the transaction. Refund that money to my account...
