National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — regarding misbehaving and illegal toll deduction at toll plaza | |||
Dear authority, I am travelling from rohtak to gurgaon up-down on 04 dec, 2019 via jhajjar, farukhnagar highway. There are 10 lane dighal toll plaza and always 3-4 lane are closed and they go for lunch, dinner on duty time. On 4 dec, 2019 they deduct two time toll from axis bank fast tag. Please find the attachment for illegal toll deduction charges.
