National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Regarding Refund of Two Time Toll Tax Paid at Same Toll Plaza

When I crossed with my truck No. GJ 03 EA 9698 from Varahi Toll Plaza, Palanpur - Radhanpur Highway on 01/07/2021, at that time the Toll Plaza Manager said that this Fast tag can not be scanned and you have to issue another Fast tag. After that I issued another Fast tag of ICICI Bank from Varahi Toll Plaza. And then when I crossed my truck from Varahi Toll Plaza then Rs. 445/- deducted from my Paytm Fast tag account with Txn ID - 0010002107012047164188 at 8:47 PM and Rs. 445/- deducted from newly issued ICICI Bank Fast tag with Trip No. - [protected] at 8:46 PM, which was issued by suggestion of Manager.

So, due to irresponsibility of Toll Plaza Manager, as per the above transactions, I have to pay double toll tax for truck No. GJ 03 EA 9698 to cross only one Toll Plaza.

So, you are kindly requested to refund the extra toll tax of Rs. 445/- which is deducted from Paytm Fast Tag.
