National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — The toll plaza is demanding cash.

I was in the Rehan Kalan toll plaza that lies before Agra and the plaza operators demanded cash for passing. Even after insisting 1000 times, the operators behaved poorly and were adamant in their demand. There was no sign in the plaza that stated that ‘cash is accepted here’. With lots and lots of Nagging, they let us use fastag. It wasted our half an hr on such a busy highway. Kindly look into the matter.
