I am serving person from army, i want know the information from nhai authorities that there is no exemption for serving army persons. As per nhai/13013/267/cmd — co/05-06/rti-16 dated 04.12.2006, nh-11065/12/2003/-p&m dated 15.09.2004 exemption for serving persons of army air force on duty or off duty. But in bangalore every toll plaza collected the fee from serving persons. Sometime serving persons dont have original i cards becoz for security purpose they will deposit the i cards in office and get temp i cards. Then they will show the temp i card but they dont accept. Please take against the above case and help for serving persons. So many cases already took up the higher authorities regarding above matter. If there is no forces means you will not move freely. So i kindly request you all authorities please do needful action against above matter.

Nh16 near aganampudi toll gate before and after toll plaza devider gap was in very bad shape .They were not maintaining, it was like deep pit .For taking u-turn must cross toll plaza and to pay fees .

Dear sir,

The toll road between Vijayawada and Rajahmundry is pathetic with full of dangerous pits and bumps. They collect about 80+80+30+30 for single way for a road that does not deserve any toll cost for the kind o[censored]tter poor maintenance of the road. Kindly take necessary action.
