DATE 28.01.2021 Sir, I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR KIND KNOWLEDGE THAT ON DATED 10.12.2020 AT 02.01PM I REACHED NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA NH 27 BOOTH NO. 6 IN ROUT TO LUCKNOW- KANPUR HIGHWAY. I WAS CHARGED RS.75/ AS FINE FOR NO BALANCE IN FAST TAG ACCOUNT. WHEREAS I HAD SUFFICIENT FUND IN MY PAYTM WALLET AT THAT TIME. I LODGED MY COMPLAINT TO THE TOLL PLAZA MANAGER THROUGH MAIL DATED 22.12.2020 AND COPY GIVEN TO PROJECT DIRECTOR PIU LUCKNOW FOR NECESSARY ACTION TOGETHER WITH COPY OF TOLL PLAZA RECEIPT. IN THE MATTER.I ALSO GIVEN A REMINDER DATED 04.01.2020 TO BOTH OFFICERS BUT NO REPLY. MY PREVIOUS CORRESPONDENCE WITH TOLL PLAZA MANAGER AND PROJECT DIRECTOR LUCKNOW IS PASTED HERE.I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO NEEDFUL TO RETURN RS. 75/ CHARGED AS TOLL FINE. A.K.SRIVASTAVA MOB.[protected] To Toll Plaza Manager Date :22/12/.2020 Nawabganj Sir, I Want to bring to your kind knowledge that on dated10.12.2020 at 02.01 pm I reached Nawabganj toll plaza at booth no. 6 enroute to Kanpur, I was told by the toll person that there was no balance in fast tag account, consequent upon I had to pay Rs. 75.00 as fine(Total RS. 150.00) for non fast tag, whereas my vehicle No.UP32DS7832 has fast tag & at that time there was sufficient money in my Paytm Wallet which can be verified by you. Therefore it is requested to kindly enquire the matter & refund Rs. 75/- charged as fine. Toll tax receipt is enclosed here for your kind reference. Sir, Have the reference to my earlier mail of dated 22/12/2020 informing you wrong collection of fine at above said Toll Plaza in the name of Non fast Tag when I was moving towards Kanpur with Car no. UP32-DS-7832, whereas everything was intact including balance in Paytm wallet. I provided you scanned copy of Toll Plaza Receipt in support of my complaint. Sorry to say that after 22 days of my complaint, I have not been informed anything in this serious matter. It is a matter of harassment of general public.
