Sir,
The machine or may be the system for checking the rfid is not working at your l&t toll plaza on bharuch-baroda highway. It is showing i don't have sufficient balance in my account, but i have. Also the amount is deducted or not takes much longer time to address, to verify.
This is the 3rd time that i had to pay the toll by cash.
If there's going to be such inconvenience then what's point of having automatic (Digital) system.
So sir please go through the matter!!

Updated by Divyangkumar And now message came that 90 rupees have been deducted for the same!!! So is this a joke!!!
So this means again I have to talk with customer office for the cashback!!!
Sir not every body is free for this and this is very serious issue!! Please look into this matter immediately!!

why to time payment debit?
same date so to be solve carry.

Your FASTag Ac. 20129002, Veh No. GJ09BA3312 is debited by Rs 75.00 for dispute on trip no 60518847 for dt[protected]:12:58 - Bank of Baroda.

I have 2 fastag
1 from Paytm payment bank and
2 from IDBI first bank
My issue is toll tax deducted from my both fastag at same time at karjan toll plaza vadodara NH 8
