National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — tollgate tax only in terms of cash

No card is accepted at ganjam toll gate, there is no complain book in gate, they have misbehaved us for the same reason. Demanded the tax in terms of cash only. All staff gathered and try to pull out me from the car. My family got scared and pay them the cash before they act violently. They even retained my credit card. After request one of their staff returned it. Please look into the matter, and avoid goondism at toll gate.

Fastag at shanthigrama near hassan on bangalore mangalore highway is not working.my truck which is on contract with hindustan petroleum corp ltd a govt of india enterprise is unable to pass the toll plaza .complaints have been registered but are unresolved
