National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — two time toll charges deducted on mumbai pune express way at taloja

Hi,

Dipak m joshi here. I was travelling from pune to mumbai via express way. When i asked the teller for fastag he said it is not working and i have paid 230 cash toll for mumbai. After some time i received sms stating 173 rupees deducted against my fastag wallet.

My complaint is for getting refund against my additional 173 rupees toll charges extra deducted.

For referance i have enclosed fastag transaction history as well as cash receipt.
