National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — two times deduction of ghaziabad toll tax

We were returning to ghaziabad. On the toll, rs. 125 were deducted from the fast tag automatically and the gate opened. But as we moved forward, a man came with the machine and said that the amount was not deducted and so he took the cash of 125 again and gave us the slip of the transaction. But later we recieved the message of deduction from the fast tag.
So, the amount was deducted twice. I request the authority to refund one amount of rs. 125 at the earliest.

hdfc fastag as not working : since : november 22nd we paid rs.30000/- as hdfc -fastag ac. Still vehicle not activated in toll gate: toll reference added. Please clear fastag service to toll.

Absolutely irresponsible staff at rampura toll tax.they have kept a clear sign of cash only at extreme left lane and then say that the lane is closed. After arguing with them one guy seems to understand their fault. If toll plaza remain so shoddily managed it becomes a nuisance

Seems toll fee of 65.00 at Songir Toll plaza deducted from my account in error. As I have never used the tag not sticked to car and the amount fee debited by error of toll plaza

The toll is collected from 30/12/2010 by Atlanta Infra Assets Ltd on NH6 (KM 9.200 - KM50.00) but the quality of the road and sign writings on the NH6 are very poor as compared to Wardha section of the NGP-Amravati NH6.
This is brought to your kind notice to improve the quality of the road.
