National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unauthorized cash paid at toll plaza number 2 instead of fastag

I was passing through toll plaza number 2, just before rajshree medical research institute, the operator told me that your fastag account is not working and he asking to pay the toll amount but just before this toll plaza my fastag is working properly and I didn't feel any hassle that I was passing through this toll plaza. I have paid an extra amount and also pass a mental headache.
