National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Unauthorized toll collection - is it another scam?

I am a resident of Bangalore, I was starting from office to home at 3.00 PM on 11th December 2024 . In night I get a SMS as Toll deducted by K N Hundy toll Plaza with deduction of Rs 60/- from my car fast tag account.
This is the second time it is happening to me, two months back there were two deductions at late night from a Toll plaza near Bangalore.

Present incident : 11 Dec 2024 :time 15:32:37 as per the SMS .
Vehicle number KA05MX2629.

Looks this needs to be brought to public domain
Could you get this refunded. team.
