National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong charges at Toll plaza

On 9/01/2021 in my car (TS09FP0694) while crossing the Toll in Hyderabad, I was charged additional amounts.
I have entered at Dundigal and crossed patancheru plaza at 10.55am
In return I entered at Patancheru at 9.55pm and exit at Dundigal (10.06pm).
But I was charged 70rs at 9.55pm and 70rs at Dundigal. Both are dispute amounts.
1) completely wrong charge at 9.55pm (70rs)
2) Return discount not applied at 10.06 pm (50rs) it should be 20.
attaching the statement.
I was following up with Paytm fastag team but did not get the solution.
CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE and refund the excess amount charged (120rs)

When I reached etc.[protected]@ihmcl.com, I got a simple response that it is rejected. If I am wrong please share the photos of toll in and out...
It is not only the matter of money but the faith on toll plaza and the software used/developed.
