National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — wrong debit by fastag | |||
My issues are as follows:- Fast tag - 1} sms received for rs. 100 {rs. 55/- at 08:29:38, at sriperumbadur plaza and rs. 45 at chennaisamudram plaza - totalling rs. 100/- charged for 2 separate crossngs on 6th october 2019 - there was no other toll to be paid en route chennai to yelagiri. 2} no sms like in above for return journey on the 7th october 2019// {for this journey, i used the same route.} though i found this strange, i did not think that anything untoward would happen, as i had a usable balance of rs. 100. Icici bank I had gone to icici bank to load my fastag account. There i was informed that A| my fastag is showing a negative balance of rs. 40/-. How is it possible that onward toll is rs. 100 and that of return is 140? B| though icici has debited me for rs. 1000 plus service charge of rs. 10/-, the fastag still shows a debit of rs 40/- what happened to my rs.1010? We have been corresponding on these issues from november, and we have not progressed one bit. It may be pertinent to add that my car is a connected car {hyundai venue} and all trips undertaken and logged.
