National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — wrong deduction of toll charges from paytm fastag | |||
I've valid monthly pass for landhari toll for my registered vehicle hr20aj9759 and recently purchased paytm fastag for hr20aj9759 but is not linked to monthly pass for landhari toll. Today i crossed the toll at 1:11pm through the lane other than fastag lane but amount rs 70/- deducted from my paytm wallet linked to paytm fastag for hr20aj9759. Telangana government passed an order free toll on 16th Jan 2018. Indalvai toll plaza not collected fee but bhiknoor toll plaza collected. Can please provide why this one is collecting.
