National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — wrong details are updated for fastag | |||
Dear sir, I have bought a new vehicle from traident hyundai at bangalore, they said as a policy i need to register for fastag before taking vehicle delivery, as per that i have given all the details. While uploading the details showroom staff has uploaded wrong details in icicifastag. I am asking them to rectify the same, still it is not resolved from last one month. Even i spoke to the customer care of icici fast tag on toll free no.[protected], they said it will be rectified by november 19. Till now its not done. No on is taking responsibility for this mistake. Can some one look into this matter and inform the concerned department to take care of this. My customer id is 11431191 Was this information helpful? | |||
