National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — wrongly deducted amount 450 rs from my fastag | |||
Wallet id [protected] Dear sir I am using fastag purchased from hdfc bank. Last week i made a trip to andhra pradesh from 02/03/2020 to 03/03/2020 by using my car tn 57 ad 9083. On 05/03/2020, i received a message from fastag deducting rs. 450 from my fastag account. On that date, i am not making any trip. The message was received from fastag as below Your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 450 for adjustment entry on 03/5/2020 7:33:55 pm. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. 20 - hdfc bank ltd. I have also checked with bank & fastag statement showing rs 450 deducted from toll as manual debit. Kindly revoke the wrongly deducted amount and credit the same in my fastag account and i have also sent you the wallet statement in an attached format for your reference and followup. Please note that it is not mentioning the transaction date & time for the debit amount of rs.450/- in that wallet statement enclosed herewith. Thanking you Yours faithfully S.
