I have applied 700 Shares for NHPC Public Issue via application number 72646848 on 10.08.09 with a DD (DD No.179512) of rupees 25200 through the Namakkal Karvy Stock Broking. Hence I have not received alloment order or refund cheque still the date. I hope that you will do the needful to get alloment order or refund cheque at an early date. Please refer to Below details.

I have applied for NHPC IPO under employee quota scheme vide application No 1013605 along with a cheque no 534056 for rs 182700 of SBI. Amount has been withdrawn from the bank ON 14.08.09 but no shares issued so far. Later on an acknowledgement cum acceptance has been jointly signed between ‘me and Karvy Broking Limited’ and karvy Broking Limited agreed to give shares on or before 25.09.09. Till date no shares issued in favour of me nor the amount been refunded.
I contacted the Karvy office, Siliguri Branch, so many times and met with the in charge Shri Jitendra Kumar Mishra. I issued two letters also dated 09.10.09 and 17.11.2009 for refund of amount due to the non allotment of shares within 25.09.09. But till date no refund has been received in my bank account.

On 12/08/2009 I had deposited Rs. 94,500 for the purchase of 2625 shares by Demand draft. 713 shares were received on my Demat account and no information regarding the balance amount was notified to me even after repeated emails from my broker. I still have not received my balance account..


On 12/08/2009 I had applied for shares on the prescribed Form No. 3384411 and sent a Cheque No. 294598 for the same. I received only 713 shares and it was your duty to
return the remaining balance but upto date you have not done anything about it.

Therefore I request you to kindly deduct Rs. 25668.00 and return the refund balance of Rs. 68,632.00

as per your response i basheer ali pathanAPPLN NO 88964050 regret to say that my dp id HSBC INVESTDIRECT(formerly IL&FS INVESTMART) 302871.
has not recieved any credit in my client id ac 20411299.credit of 175 shares of NHPC. On 23rd oct in reply to my 5th letter your good self stated that i will recieve credit in a few days.today is 3rd nov and i am still waiting.
i request your good self to please credit them at the earliest.pl relieve me of my mental anguish.solicit your co operation.

I had applied for 525 equity shares of NHPC at price of Rs 36/- per share and paid Rs 18900/- for it . My Application Number is 3436760. Order was placed ON LINE on 11 Aug 09. I have been allotted only 175 shares which I learnt on receipt of Holding Summary of my DeMat account. I have neither received any information about the allotment nor any refund.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

I had applied for 175 shares of NHPC. The application No. is 23200538 . I have not allotted any share in my Share Khan account and I didn't receive the refund of my money to my account. When I call share khan they tell me to contact NHPC and says they are not liable for refund. Don't understand why they provide order fascility and charge commissions when they are not responsible. Sharekhan should be made accountable for this.

I had tried to contact KARVY but every time I got the message that no. is busy.
