National Institute Of Open Schooling — regarding transaction occur when site gives message site cannot be reached | |||
Sir I make a payment on the account of d. El. Ed for admission in diploma education on 06-nov-2017. This is the last date of admission so site became lazy in terms of response. I make a payment using my debit card. All the process was done by me but after confirming that payment site gives me message that site can't be reached. So i again make a payment for the same student. So meanwhile my account is debited two times for the same student name. I leave a message or mail to concert nios portal as well as my bank. But still their is no response from their side. My bank tells me that we leave a message & mail to concern department but no response from nios portal. They give me advise that you should physically went nios department and get information. This is not possible to me that i available their. Please help me sir.
