Dear sir/madam, In reference to above mentioned subject it's my last intimation to you after that i will mark the mail to irda for issue of payment not credited after the approval of amount. It's approx 1 month has been passed when payment was approved. If i call to mediassist than they say it's not pending at their end it's pending from insurance co. Side. I have a health insurance policy with NIC and recently have filed a claim. They have asked me for my previous policy details and I am unable to find the copy of the policy from last year. Please help me with the procedure to get a duplicate policy of the same at the earliest.
