On 04/07/2018 (8:00 PM) I had an accident that damaged my Honda Activa 3G Scooter; vehicle No. WB-70G-8625. I did a claim of Rs.15, 730 on 05/07/2018. My claim No. is[protected] & Policy No. is[protected]. On 14/06/2019 I received a letter from your Siliguri Division Office bearing Ref No. 150600/Claim/AS/SWB/2019 Dt: 06/06/2019 where I was asked to submit my repairing money receipt again. Then on 20/06/2019 I sent the receipt via Speed Post but till now my claim is pending. So, I, request you to please do the needful and settle my claim as soon as possible.
