My wife ms. Mridula basu admitted in rickland hospital at gurgaon on 22.06.2018 to 22.06.2018. It was intimated to my tpa e-meditake. As the cash less card was not with us as we were on short tour at gurgaon, i submitted the claim after wards. E meditek wrote to me the money receipt of rs 15000/- has to be submit though it was included in final bill. As i was in abroad that time and wrote to them that it will be submitted after returning to india and advised them to keep pending, i collected the money receipt personally from the hospital and could not submit in kolkata office at it was found closed. I send the bill to gurgaon e-meditek office by speed post. But i did not get any reply from them till january 2019 end. I took pain to travel gurgaon and visited e-meditek office personally. They told me receipt is not valid as it it has mentioned as duplicate. Again i collected a fresh receipt from the hospital and sdubmited personally to e meditek on 05.02.2019. They assured me i will get the money by 15 days, but it has not credited till date Was this information helpful? | |
