Dear sir/mam, I had purchased a mediclaime policy for my mother KRISHNA KUMARI mishra through her saving bank account in bank of baroda POONTH KALAN Delhi 110086, branch, Policy payment mad by DD issued bysame bank branch (dd no. 737303, dated 14/2/17) till date I had not received my policy document, . Bank had posted dd to your azad pur Delhi branch with registered post(no. - RD[protected]IN) on 16/2/17. As per bob dd cleared to your side on 2/317.
