National Insurance Company — intentional and negligent rejection of claim under policy no.[protected] | |||
Dear Sirs, Above policy is in continuity with National Insurance Co Ltd since 2004 and before it was with New India Assurance Company since 1987. I have been paying premium before date. Attitude of Mr. Malhotra at Roshanara Branch is rude as if he is the sole owner of the branch. He rejected intentionally the claim raised for Rs.77000.00 in above policy in may name on[protected] when I was in Fortis Hospital. This was rejected because I must have the policy for four years with me when I was ill. I provided three MDID cards and one year policy for previous year even then he rejected the claim saying the policy record is not available. He forgot to apply his mind to calculate three and four year. Even on 12th July, 2018 I sent a letter enclosing the three MDID cards and policy from[protected]. Mr Malhotra was again on fault finding mission and wrote on my letter that Policy copy of year 2015 missing(The copy was enclosed. Please register my claim for Mental agony and torture and harassment for rejecting my genuine claim for Rs.10 lacs and claimed amount of Rs, 77, 000.00 for which I have already lodged the complaint in Branch on 13th July, 2018. I am producing the records and same is intentionally being denied reason best known to him. Please ask branch to pay Rs. 10, 77, 000.00 immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
