National Insurance Company — non renewal and non delivery of renewal mediclaim policy | |
Sir, I have submitted renewal of bank of baroda mediclaim policy no.[protected] with enhancement of sum insured from rs.200000/- to rs.250000/-application on 23.03.2018 with a cheque no.000009 date 23.03.2018 for rs.4266/- of bank of baroda, chakdah branch at barrackpore branch at atindra complex, 87/20, ghosh patra road, barrackpore, dist. North twenty four parganas, w. B.-700120 and the cheque cleared but still lapse of so many days i have not received policy certificate. On 23.03.2018 the branch did not provided me with certificate with excuse of printer problem. Branch manager promissed me to send my certificate in my personal mail or he will send hard copy to my permanent address. I am a staff of bank of baroda and have to attend office, so i could not visit your office on several times. I also contacted the branch manager over telephone number [protected], [protected] but still the branch manager is not sending the renewed policy. Kindly look into the matter.
