Mahendra singh i was in that car but unfortunately my friends father written fir that driver and owner of car pankaj singh, but i don’t know the driving, but in vigyapti changes made that driver was mahendra singh, car released from police station survey of accident done but insurance company not released my money, and my case in pending at upbhotk foram bahraich (U.
