Sir my name is Susanta Kumar Dey. I have submitted Aadhaar no in bank and aadhaar re- kyc is updated in my bank A/C. very recently since October 2017.LPG subsidy continuing credited in my A/C up to 05/11/2017. But after few days 18/11/2017 my LPG subsidy failed due to Bank aadhaar linking status showing inactive as per NPCI. But why and how it possible ? Bank give me a copy for aadhaar linking status is done previously. Attached here with some image & screenshot . Kindly resolve this matter as earlier. A/C No - [protected] IFSC Code - UTIB0000021 Bank Name - Axis Bank.

Updated by susantadey Sir my name is Susanta Kumar Dey. I have maintaining 3 nos saving bank A/C. Which three A/C link to my aadhaar no.since five to six months ago. But when I am trying to know my aadhaar linking status via *99*99*1# then show the aadhaar no you have entered aadhaar no link no any bank. Attached here with some screenshot. Pl. resolves this matter as early as possible. Otherwise declared the process is wrong.

Updated by susantadey I have three nos savings bank a/c. Three a/c link aadhaar by bank before five to six months ago. I also link pan and aadhaar f. Y.[protected]. But bank aadhaar linking status inactive by npci. And also try to see *99*99*1# which was showing same. But why and how it is possible. Bank also confirming their end aadhaar linking by bank. Pl. Resolve this matter as earlier.

Updated by susantadey Please resolved my matter as soon as possible. Today is 01/12/2017. I have complain on dtd 23/07/2017 & 24/07/2017.
