National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhaar number mapping

My mother has the savings account in andhra bank, it is updated with aadhaar number also but not mapped with npci.

Ap state housing board recently sanctioned house to us and they sanctioned subsidy amount also for the same but it is not credited in account, after enquiry the reason why it is not credited they confirmed aadhaar number is not mapped with npci since payment is happening through npci, also i tried to check *99*99# also it is also saying 'aadhaar not mapped with any account'

Could you please help us to get this issue resolve as possible.
