I devanand khamkar make transaction of 13499 rs on www.shoprishi.com for mobile., using bhim pay my upi is [protected]@upi and money goes to dipak kumar upi id is [protected]@ybl .This is big fraud he doesn't give me mobile or my rupees refund. This upi user is cyber criminal . please help me and save other also.i have their numbers also for numbers and more information see photo i attach proof.please help me and others from this fraud

On dated 26/4/19 I have recharged 99rupees for seven times for BSNL no. The recharge is unsuccessful.The mobile no. not recharged but my SBI account has debited for rupees 693. I have applied for this through BHIM app. A message has received on my mobile that your a/c has credited after sometime but my a/c is not credited till date.
