Dear sir, I am vilas kathoke having account no [protected] vilas kathoke his account debited on 05.02.2019 by rs 10000/- but till date not credited in to the account of beneficiary. The screen shot is attached for your kind consideration. Please help us to resolve the issue. We have already take up the matter on 25.04.2019 but till date we could not get the positive reply.
