National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Auto debiting amount from bank account through UPI transaction

My IDBI bank has been debited by Rs.500 on 12.07.2021 at 05.09PM vide UPI Transaction as remarks UPI/[protected]/RAMBHAU MARKO.
Few minutes ago a stranger called me from the BSNL office ([protected]) and asking for complain what I had raised on BSNL official twitter. thereafter he send a link and said for open the link and fill the information like email, mobile no, name and reason and upi pin for debiting Rs. 2 as network upgrading charges.I have filled the information therein and submit. Thereafter, automatically my bank account has been debited by Rs.500/- through UPI Transaction. But the same would not be undertaken from my BHIM UPI. The frauder has begun the transaction. please
