National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — gas subsidy not received- consumer number11948

I have raised my concern my issue so many times threw email but did get any revert from NPCI department.

i have not receive subsidy last 6-7 memo i have already update aadhar card with bank and also share the scan copy with NPCI team.

kindly suggest where is gap or suggest the right department names so that i can drop a email to him.
