National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — linking aadhar and releasing lpg subsidy

Sir my father had two bank a/c one in sbop and another in sbi. Lpg a/c was linked with sbop a/c, but the same has been closed. Now we wnat to link sbi a/c no. [protected] with lpg a/c and npci. But despite various efforts, it couldn't be linked. Therefore, lpg subsidy is not being credited in bank a/c. Detail has been attached. Kindly do the needful and give us some relief. Adhar no.
