National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — lpg subsidy is not receiving from npci to my account | |||
Dear team, This is facing from day one of my gas subsidy with icici bank. I have already mapped with my aadhar number[protected], i have submitted to npci mapping format at branch same aadhar number activated in my account. Currently, my subsidy amount is not received which is i am having an account with ended xxxx3016. I have verified my refilling history amount is transferring to the different account ended with xxxx9846. See below transactions which is transferred my subsidy to a different bank. Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 08/08/2018 Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 09/08/2018 Subsidy transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 14/08/2018 Advance transfered to icici bank ltd, account xxxxxxxx9846 on 16/03/2015 Earlier we traced from distributor and bank they were provided bank no[protected] with name (Suresh reddy). I did not understand where is mapping done my name is surendra reddy and how it is lined to different account also i have verified the account with bank, bank employee says there is no account number exsits in their records. Please provide resolution on same and provide which all are npci mapped my aadhar number.
