National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — my dbt scholarship is not received

I am poonam satish admute. Sir my dbt sholarship amount is not recieved. Sir my account number is linked with adhar number and npci mapper but my scholarship amount is not recieved.
On maha dbt aadhar linking status shows in-active.

Sir plzz solve the problem of dbt scholarship.
