Sir/Madam, I am writing from The Urban cooperative Bank Ltd., Rourkela. We have not trained about ECS operations.we have been receiving ECS debit which we need to return. Despite several request we are not getting any help from NPCI Chhenai any help. Our Utility module is not working. Despite several request we are not getting any help.
