I am having new vijaya bank rupay debit card and i have registered debit card transaction at vijsya bank atm and my mob no is registered. While trying to make payment online it fais. I am trying to register rupay safe secure i am getting otp but validation fails stating remote server not responding. When contacted bank there r telling that problem is at npci.
