[Resolved]  National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — npci mapping not done with my sbi branch

Kindly request you please mapped this aadhar card (281560091129) in Npci mapper. Aadhar already linked with account number. Sir i want to tell you that my mother applied for widow pension . All paper works done only require Npci mapping. My stat bank branch manager told they dont have Npci mapper and the dont Know what it is, we are suffering from 3-4 months from pension office to bank to pension office.
