National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Payment made to wrong account

I had made a payment through the UPI app Google pay in Decemeber 2020 of Rs. 25, 000/-. while making the payment by mistakenly the last two digits of the account number got interchanged and the payment was credited to the wrong account number. I have already raised complaint with the UPI app and they replied that I will have to complain to the bank. I have already made a complaint to both banks i.e. the bank where i hold account and the bank where the amount has been wrongly credited but from the month of January 2021 still the problem is not resolved
