National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — please activate my grandmother account and aadhar detail with npci

My grand mother account with sbi,

And i go to many time bank to activate npci but, my grand mother account not add to npci,
Now last time
I open airtel payment bank account, but airtel payment bank bhi npci se add nahi ho paya,
So i request you to please activated npci,
