National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — recruitment process

Respected sir,
I am aayushi lal. I did an advanced diploma in banking technology (Adbt) 2017 from pnbiit lucknow where we're ensured that in 6 months after completion of the course npci will be coming for placement. We were so excited to participate, also we did a small project on financial inclusion in near urban areas of lucknow along with teaching and guiding everyone how to use npci products for a better transaction. But after august when we completed our course after that we waited for 4 months for npci. Then we got news monjin will be taking our interview as the third party for npci. We did it quite well then we were asked to come in 15 jan'17 for interview then we got to know there will be online interview, we waited for 5 hrs then my interview was taken by chennai team on their phone which doesn't have good connection, video kept pausing it, they keep asking for nearby hotspot after that i have to give 6 times my introduction to the recruiter because he wasn't able to hear me properly. He asked me about 15 basic question out of which14 i was able to answer it properly and i don't know how he would've judged my answer when he wasn't able to hear my name properly. Not only with me but my 2 fellows student also faced the same problem. After the interview, i requested my coordinator, mr. Pramod dixit, to arrange me a phone call but the recruiter said its ok all three were very good and no need for the telephonic interview. Still, i hope that i will be selected, but after 2 weeks i got the message that i wasn't selected for the post with no proper rejection mail. I was really hoping and looking forward into this. We make sure that our net was properly connected but if the recruiter failed to take interview properly is that my fault??
After i requested my friend who is working in npci for reference and hopefully i got the call that i have to give the psychometric test and interview. Then on 21 jan'18 from delhi office hr miss sheetal mhatre mailed me to complete the test so i did it on the time. I followed up and tried to connect with her but there was no response i waited for 2 months then i got the call from my friend on 5 march'17 that i have an interview next day and have to come anyhow next day. Naveen sir from npci called me i told him that live in dibiyapur which is quite an urban place where hardly train buses were available for delhi but still i managed to book a bus which was available at 1.30pm in the night. Thanks to my parents who were hoping for my good career they managed to send me delhi. I was given one day rest so that i can get prepared for the interview and the same day i got the call from mr naveen sir that sorry there won't be any interview because hr has changed there mind they won't be interviewing me because i don't have experience. That message was truly heartbreaking for me. I was so enthusiastic about npci and their work but is these there work ethics? No proper email for selection, interview or rejection.
