National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — redbus.in not refinding the amount failed amount paid through bhim upi | |||||
Dear sir, I have tried booking a bus ticket online worth rs 996 on 10th september 2017 in redbus.in website through upi payment option bhim, amount deducted but ticket not issued. Called the customer care immediately and they said amount will be refunded within 7 days. But the redbus.in they did not reverted the money nor contacted me for the details to refund till 3rd october 2017 when i called their customer care and asked for the status. As per their their cc voice they are not getting bank details to refund the amount when payments made via bhim upi mode available in their app Finally on 3rd october 2017 they took my bank details over call and said will transfer the amount back in account in 7 days. But till date no update from redbus.in. Today when i called their customer care again they are telling that still they are processing the same. I am having the call records of all the call made to their customer care. This kind of payment issues are happening with the redbus.in frequently and they are delaying the refund.
