National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Repeated Aadhaar seeding issue

Issue with npci, continuously receiving messages from sbi bank mentioned below,
"dear customer, your deseeding request from a/c ending with xxxxx400377 has been rejected by npci. Kindly visit the branch.- sbi."

i visited bank many times met the operations manager, he said i tried to solve your issue but we are unable to do, so kindly contact aadhaar team or npci team.

I have already sent this mail to aadhaar help desk aswell.

I request concerned department and team, kindly help me with regards to this issue.

Kindly find the attached bank pass book and aadhaar.
