National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — subsidy transfer failed due to customer to refer to the branch

Reseeded aadhaar in new bank but amount continued to be received in closed bank account since 1.04.2017. I visited to sbi jalna shivaji chowk and bharat gas (Tejas gas) regarding this issue but they never respond to me since last one year they told me that this is not our issue this is national issue you have to complaint in npci. My lpg consumer no of bharat gas 51874990 my mobile no is [protected]. I will very obliged to you to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
