National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — tez app transaction failed but money debited from sender's account.. and not received in my account

My friend sent me 1000rs from tez app but money did not received in my account but it debited from my friends account...48hrs has been passed no refund till yet. I want my money back... At any cause. Am getting very tense. And frustrated it is very important to me plz resolve my issue. Plzzz i request you. I want my money with in 24hrs im in urge of it. It is very important to me. Plz try to understand and resolve my issue.. As soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you people...
