Sir/madam i am your registered customer, i made a transaction on 12 jan 2019, the amount has been send and was received by the recipient but it was again transfer back to my account as being shown in the recipient's transaction history.. But so far i haven't received any amount. I want this issue to be sorted within a short period of time and i shall be very thankful to you.

Today at 10.35 am i was sent 8000 rupees from kvb to sbi acount transaction failed but amount debited my card no kvb [protected].dob 15/08/1989 cont no [protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com. Please credit my amount immediately thanking you sir/madem give me reply to my phone number. We are facing lot of problems.
