National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction failure in bhim application

On december 3rd 2018, transferred an amount from my sbi account to another through bhim application.. Transaction was failure, but amount not reversed back to my account.. Already raised a complaint in bhim app.. But didn't get any response yet. And also i registered a complaint at support. [protected]@sbi.co.in.
