National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction through gpay got success but not received to beneficiary. | |
Transaction was done using google pay, date 3 january 2019, but the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account but got deducted from my account, now both the bank and gpay is unable to help, the amount of rs7000 is now nowhere, kindly help. Even after continuous follow up from google pay and bank the bank has declined to help as they do not take responsibilty of their customer which is a shameless even the google pay services is worst. The final hope is with npci to rectify where the amount is kindly help to rectify and reverse the amount. Was this information helpful? | |
