National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — unable to receive the scholarship because of not linked bank account to npci server

Sir, I haven't received my scholorship because the bank account is not being linked to npci. On asking the bank about it they say it's been done From their side. But still there's no progress in the scholorship gaining.Please look into the matter carefully. The bank is central bank of India boribandar branch Fort.
The dbt team is frequently asking to update the account on npci but it is already being done. Please kindly Help in this matter. They are not taking this seriously. I have tried so many times but still I get the same response. Please see to it as early as possible.
